PED – Upgrade faculty members to adopt innovative teaching techniques and new technologies to further the student learning experience. Promote Research and Development – Support faculty to do significant research, engage in global joint projects, and deliver contributions to the field of knowledge. Bridging the industry-academia gaps – Provide faculty with the insights from the industry to maintain curriculums that integrate practical world applications Leadership Development – Strengthen the faculty's leadership and mentoring skills, preparing them to be academic leaders and influencers in their respective institutions.
